While a number of factors have been instrumental in the Toronto Raptors’ slow start to the season, fans north of the border can rest a little easier now that Jose Calderon is heating up. With T.J. Ford still out due to a stinger in his left arm, Calderon stepped up his game on Sunday, notching 19 points, 14 assists and two steals in Toronto’s win over the Bulls. The Raptors improved to 5-2 this season when their young guard scores in double figures.
