My lasting (and really, only) impression of Maurice Cheeks is from the time he came to the aid of the young girl who got stage fright while singing the national anthem. Mo got up beside her and sang alongside in support. Classy move.
Maurice Cheeks actually sounds like he knows basketball, unlike Sam. I really think Sam is great with the players and the comraderie, but he just doesn’t seem to know X’s and O’s.

I watched a few Sam Kinison routines on youtube. That would have been inspiring when watching the Bulls later on, but thankfully, I was doing prep for a case and didn’t see a minute of it.
Is there an actual psychiatric term for the strange feelings you have when three guys on your fantasy team are playing your IRL team? I swiped Rudy Gay in the 11th or 12th round everywhere this year. Because I am a smarty.
man, I go through that during most Raptor games. Who do I cheer for? My fantasy player who is running through our D like a turnstile or support my boys through thick & thin?
I usually just come hope and crack open a bottle of the Captain and try to keep my grilled cheese down.
