Sure, a broad question and one that could never be answered. But then we never thought we would be a .500 team this year, did we…
What we’ve done is come up with a knock-out bracket of Raptor players with the intention of crowning one player as the “best”. Up to you what that means: best, favourite, cutest, lesser of all evils…whatever. If nothing else, it can keep us from stabbing our eyes out with a pen.
Each bracket will be up for a few days and you can vote using the poll buttons beside this post.

Had to vote Alvin Williams. Bosh has been to two all-star games in his short career.. but once again the definition of “best” is challenged. Alvin has been there for the very best years of this franchise, and played hurt.
Plus he’s really the only guy I can think of that has the potential to beat Vince Carter on the other “eastern conference” bracket.
Boogie left everything on the floor, risking (and ultimately ending) his career. You may question his intelligence but he you can’t question his heart. Best Raptor EVAR!
dude, you’re crazy. who are the two other numb-nuts who voted for alvin over chris?
*shakes head in disappointment*

Alvin is a great Raptor, and one of the best, in every sense of the word. You can’t blame Alvin for not being born with the “talent”, or being “gifted” with basketball genes. Those things weren’t up to him. He played his heart out. He is the BEST Raptor.
If you take away Chris Bosh’s talent and gifts, what do you have? He’s never been to war, man! He’s just some tall lanky kid who has never won a playoff series!
Maybe in 3-4 years Bosh surpasses Alvin.. but not now! Cmon people, vote for the “best Raptor”, not “most talented”!
I voted for Alvin… twice.
I don’t think I can think of a single player who I admired more. Unselfish, clutch and gave everything he had. Loved the game with such intensity, which was ironic, considering that that love was what ended his career.
He was a shoddy interview, though.
